This technology mix quick lime with dehydrated sludge according to a certain proportion and form alkalinity and form a alkaline environment. Take advantage of chemical reaction to discharge heat and form high-temperature environment; disinfect; reduce moisture content; passivate heavy metals; change quality of sludge;
2. Key technology
Three elements should be considered in this technology: PH, contact time and lime amount used; this technology will meet the requests of municipal sludge disposal by changing parameters, running mode, alkaline added time, composite structure, heating mode and etc.
Main technical index and conditions
1. Technical index
Reaction time: 2 to 3 minutes; drying time: 15 to 20 minutes
Lime amount which should be added/weight ratio of sludge: 5% to 25%; adjusted according to different disposal methods;
Moisture content of sludge discharged: lower than 60%; after being stocked for several days, the moisture content will be 25% to 35%;
Granularity of sludge discharged: smaller than or equal to 10 mm
2. Condition request
Feed moisture content: lower than 85%;
Main equipment and running management: The delivery system, the lime storage, transportation and dosing system, the mixer, the feed screw, the rotary kiln dryer, the lime precision feeding system, the finished product sludge transportation system, the deodorant system.
